General Terms

·All bookings must be made online or with the help of administrator.
·All bookings must be made with pre-payment.
·All payments, once processed, are non-refundable.
·All clients on our treatments at their own risk. Please inform the Therapist for any injuries and medical conditions.
·The studio reserves the right to be 15 minutes late due to traffic conditions and for reasons beyond the therapist’s control
·        In case of damage to the studio’s or therapist’s property on the territory of your reception, you are obliged to compensate us for the amount of damage caused due to reasons beyond the therapist’s control·        The studio reserves the rights to shorten the treatment timing if Client is more then 15 min late for appointment in order to keep up with our schedule·        Online bookings should be made at least 2 hours desired timing in order for us to plan travel schedule·        All treatments can be perfomed only after clients formed signed.

MISSED CLASS & LATE CANCELLATION POLICY

·Face Fit reserves the right to cancel classes with WhatsApp notifications or call.
·We inform you that you can cancel the procedure or reschedule your appointment no later than 6 hours before it starts.
·If you cancel or reschedule the procedure later, then next time we will be able to book you only with 100% prepayment.
Please be informed that every late cancelled/no show appointment – 1appointment will be automatically deducted from your package.
